Susan's funeral service will take place at Pontefract Crematorium on Wednesday 14th February 2018 at 1.40pm.
The family have requested that colourful clothes be worn in celebration of Susan's life.
The family have requested family flowers only. There will be a collection box as you leave the crematorium for donations in lieu of flowers that will be gratefully received in aid of The Prince of Wales Hospice. You can also donate online below.
